Struttura senza finestre: c'è solamente una velux sul soffitto, irrangiungibile, con tenda oscurante rotta e aperta a metà finestra. Locale maleodorante e sporco, ingresso al limite della decenza. Abbiamo cercato un'altra soluzione e ce ne siamo andati subito.

Décevant.

Il est difficile de se garer facilement devant le logement malgré la place réservée, il y avait une voiture qui gênait le passage. La terrasse était très sale et juste à côté des poubelles pas vidé depuis un long moment (odeur++). Il y avait une légère odeur dans la salle de bain. Le bar était bien disposé et grand, bien fonctionnel. La cuisine n'était pas très fonctionnelle, elle manquait d'équipement (cuillère en bois, sac poubelle, produits ménagers, etc). La hotte de la cuisine était très sale. Le logement était poussiéreux. Il y avait des condiments dans les placards, ce qui est une bonne initiative sauf quand il y a de la chapelure dans la bouteille d'huile (possiblement laissé par l'ancien locataire). Nous avons passé 3 jours à la lumière artificielle. Il était impossible d'ouvrir le volet du vélux ni électroniquement avec la télécommande disposé sur le mur, ni manuellement. De même pour ouvrir afin d'avoir un peu d'air, le vélux se referme directement, heureusement que ce n'était pas la canicule... De plus, la TV bien grande saccadait tout le temps. Impossible de regarder un film ou une émission sans coupure.. Sans parler des voisins d'à côté qui appréciaient mettre de la musique à 7h du matin... Où nous avions été témoin de nombreuses scènes de ménages.

Séjour agréable

Bon point pour l'emplacement proche à pied des centres d'intérêts touristiques. Place de parking privée, quartier calme. Appartement assez grand, présence d'une penderie.

L'appartement est un peu viellissant et manque de luminosité naturelle (pas de possibilite d'ouvrir le velux, seule fenêtre sur l'extérieur). Une étagère supplémentaire à coté du lavabo serait pratique ainsi que refixer les charnières du siège des toilettes.
