Located on the beautiful North Bay Front, the home is walking distance to the Balboa Island Ferry & Marine Avenue, where you will find cozy local shops & an array of mouth watering world class dining experiences.
305 N Bay Front is a two story home that has been professionally decorated and designed with the finest of detail. The incredible views of the Bay compliments the design of the home. Enjoy the open floor plan, gourmet chef's kitchen, dining area and large family room leading to the large outdoor open patio with radiant heaters for chilly weather.
The home boast 3 large bedrooms including one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. Additionally there exists a large upstairs bonus room that can comfortably sleep two. The homes amenities include a two car garage, washer and dryer, 3 beach cruisers, paddle boards, beach towels, a Weber propane grill where you can enjoy BBQ's on the Patio with friends and family while looking out onto the Bay, there is even an outdoor shower to rinse off after a sunny day at the beach. 305 N Bay Front will become your favorite new home away from home! We have stayed at various VRBOs on BI as well as in Bewport and at other beach town in California. We also have been in other vrbo homes throughout the country. This home by far is the cleanest, best stocked, most organized, and best maintained home we have rented. The location was great. The home was also very family friendly. First time I can say this about a vrbo home, everything worked! Fantastic stay and all the family enjoyed it. We are looking to return next summer. We already told the manager and I just need to get in line and get it done.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was very well supplied with everything we needed (salad spinner, plenty of drinking glasses, silverware, utensils, hand mixer, blender, etc). Great instructions throughout the house on how to use TVs and equipment. The house was beautifully decorated and offered plenty of space for our group. We would definitely stay again!

Our Christmas holiday was everything we were hoping for and more. We arrived to find music playing and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The house was warm and beautiful, and the location perfect with an amazing view. We especially enjoyed cooking in the amazing kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We made beautiful memories, and appreciate the responsiveness of the host. I’ve had many friends ask for contact information after viewing my photos posted on Facebook. The island charm at Christmas set the tone for a wonderful holiday.

This house is perfectly located on Balboa island next to multimillion dollar homes. Our family is very picky about the properties we stay in and this was one of our favorites. They had plenty of toys and games for our kids and the rooms were cozy. The host was beyond accommodating and allowed us early checkin and late checkout which made our trip very convenient as well. Barbara was very helpful. Location is near ferry on boardwalk with great patio dining. Kitchen, dining and living room are great for family. Many games to play. Water toys and bikes in the garage. This was our second year and we already booked for next year👍

The property actually exceeded expectations. I felt at home with all the high-end designer finishes and enjoyed the backyard with bay access very much. Truly felt like a home away from home with the live orchids and plants throughout the house. Loved the Primary Suite. Home was perfect for our Easter gathering.

This vacation home is ONE OF A KIND. The home is a mid century modern masterpiece. I can’t wait to go back and stay here again. The host, Barbara, was amazing. She quickly responded to all of my requests and I am very high maintenance. There is a keypad on the door so access was simple and easy. The house is GORGEOUS. The property faces the bay with expansive views. There are floor to ceiling sliding doors that open onto the North Bay Front and boardwalk. Sitting on the patio in the morning was one of my favorite things to do. The ceiling heaters outside made it very comfortable and cozy to hangout outside in the early morning or at night. The house itself is beautifully decorated and was recently remodeled. It has a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. Highly recommend and great value!
