Balboa Island Duplex Near Ferry, Patio and Parking
Quintessential Balboa Island Duplex 4 Bed, 3 Bath duplex centrally located on the island with equal access to Balboa Ferry and historic Marine Avenue. Both units were fully remodeled in 2018.

129 Opal Ave A & B is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This recently fully renovated Balboa Island 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex beach house is centrally located on the island with close access to the Balboa Ferry and historic Marine Avenue.
The front and upper patios are perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy comfortable outdoor dining with patio tables chairs, and BBQ's.
Both front and back units have fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and large living rooms. Both units also have a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed with a full and twin sized bed. The front unit has 2 en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom and the back unit has a shared bathroom between the 2 bedrooms.
There is parking designated for 4 cars total, 2 in the tandem carport of the front unit and 2 in the garage of the back unit with direct access to the front unit. There is also a laundry room shared between both units complete with a washer and dryer.
This beach house is in prime location on Balboa Island. Go for a walk around the island and stroll along historic Marine Avenue. Indulge in one of Balboa Island's famous frozen banana or a Balboa Bar. Explore the area via the ferry to visit the Balboa Village on the Peninsula and take in the views of the Balboa Pier.
You can also book the front or back unit separately, if you have a smaller group. Ask us about details!

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

My family & I loved every minute of everyday that we got to stay in this beautiful property on Balboa Island. It has been freshly renovated & is in a great location on the island! Vicky with Newport Beach properties is awesome as well with handling all of out booking as well! We love Balboa Island & look forward to returning next year!

We had a wonderful stay here. We rented both units for our family of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone. Both units were recently remodeled and had everything we needed. They were spotless and well maintained. They also both had AC which was wonderful as we were there during a heat wave. The location is excellent. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant around the corner. The ferry is one block away and the beach area is a few houses away. A big plus was the garage and additional parking spots as we never had to look for parking. We walked to the Main Street for frozen bananas, shopping and restaurants. It's a nice walk along the bay. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return and have recommended it to friends.
