Never stay at a place managed by VACASA

I would NEVER rent from anyplace associated with VACASA! The place we selected had 2 units, A & B, and the doors had both a combination lock and a key in a lock box. VACASA in their great wisdom only gave me the codes for Unit A. Spent 2 hours with multiple idiots from VACASA trying to get the codes, they all gave different codes, which none of them worked. Finally after trying multiple codes, I tried using the code for one of the garages, and that worked for the lockbox with the key. But of of course the lock was broken and you had to fidget with the key to get it to work. VACASA meanwhile said they would send their maintenance guy immediately to fix all this, never saw anyone the entire week. Then the morning we were to check out, we had gone to breakfast way before the 10:00 checkout, get back and the cleaning crew was in our garage and our Unit, so we had to park a block away, and tell them to get out of the Unit so we could finish packing! And I had sent a text earlier letting them know we would check out at 10:00! So they pretty much ruined the beginning and end of our vacation!
