This beautiful rental sits on North Bayfront Waters, Property comes with private dock directly in front of home, and it's own little sandy beach area. It's only two blocks away from Main Street of Balboa Island "Marine Ave", easy walking. Minutes away from Balboa Ferry, Fashion Island, Starbucks and many exciting eateries. Cape Cod style house modernly vamped, two stories, front Patio facing Bay with seating area and BBQ amentiies, two additional patios upstairs. Cozy downstairs living with fireplace, has 4 bedrooms, and an open additional sleeping area / sleeps 12... with a rear attached apartment 1 bed room and roomy great room. Beach house has 6 baths w/shower and an additional outside shower. Recently remodeled and in great condition for a far away vacation or staycation !!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The large kitchen and living area were perfect for our group to gather and relax together. The location couldn’t have been better. It was peaceful and right on the water, yet just a short walk to town for restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

I am in love with this house!! This was the best stay I have had in the Newport/Balboa area. This was the perfect environment for our team to regroup and focus on wellness. The house has everything; comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and lots of cool added extras for fun in the sand and water. Super responsive awesome host. We all want to go back!! This house was perfect for our family. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed and more. Perfect location & parking was easy even on a busy weekend. The amenities were amazing, with access to bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, games, etc. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. This home was perfect for my family as a home base during my son’s wedding weekend. In between wedding festivities, we were able to enjoy this beautiful home, right on the water. The home had everything we needed and was within walking distance of charming Main Street. Fully recommend for a Balboa Island getaway!

We are a group of 5 sorority sisters who travel together for 4-5 days every year. This year our destination was Balboa Island. Out stay at Balboa Island Bayfront was perfect! The house is gorgeous with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. Out the front door is a personal dock with 2 double kayaks and 2 SUP boards. So fun! Lots to do in the part of Southern California.

Our stay at this lovely Balboa beach house was truly amazing. Arrival and entry was easy, and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and more! Access to all the beach equipment, including towels, chairs, paddle boards etc. was such a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the island, exploring the shops and getting out on the water. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. The views, shoreline and private dock were so relaxing. I highly recommend this vacation home and hope to return one day soon. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for a very memorable 5 star stay.

Flawless and super-enjoyable rental experience! The location could not have been better, waterfront and walking distance (5 mins) to the commercial area on the island. The house was immaculate and stocked with every item you would ever need. The patio and dock were prime spots for enjoying coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Nothing like watching the sunset over the harbor! Plenty of room and privacy for our group of 5. Our host Richard was beyond accommodating, hospitable, and communicative! Thank you again for the wonderful experience, we loved our stay! Undoubtedly, we will be returning for a future stay!

The absolute best rental experience we’ve ever had! The home is clean, spacious and beautiful, and comes with all the water/beach toys you’d need as well as bikes, a Duffy boat and golf cart. Absolutely amazing all around. This home had plenty of space to host 14 ppl for Thanksgiving. We loved being on the water and the kids loved paddle boarding , kayaking, golf cart rides for Balboa bars and diving off the dock. Owners have the house equipped very well and their communication was terrific. Thank you!

This property is one of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. Rich the host was top notch and truly cared about ensuring we had everything we needed. The property is well equipped with everything from kitchen items to linens to sand toys/beach chairs and more. Paired with its perfect location on the water, private docks, and close walk into town made this a perfect Balboa house to fully experience the Balboa life. We will definitely stay here again.

Sometimes, it’s not about the money or the property but the relationships you make in life with people. And the host Deane & her husband were very kind & responsive w any needs we had & sincerely want their guests to enjoy everything their home has to offer. The property is super clean & accessible to so many nearby shops & the ferry, the location is on a corner so you get a wonderful morning sun w no obstruction of a house next door, and the sunsets on the dock were simply amazing. The hosts even showed up with Mother’s Day pastries so tell me, who does that????? Life is full of surprises when kind people show up. Our family is beyond grateful for the most wonderful stay at this property & too bad it’s booked out for so long as we will definitely like to return!

We had our family Thanksgiving dinner at this beautiful waterfront location. Our family and friends enjoyed the amazing "Duffy" and the restaurants right around the corner. A short walk from the delicious coffee shop and amazing shopping! The children enjoyed the candy store stocked with anything you can imagine. The beds were all so comfortable and the house was very clean! We will definitely go back again.

Our family loved our carefree stay in this amenity-filled house in paradise. The hardest daily decisions were whether to paddleboard, kayak, go bike riding, take the ferry to the Peninsula, or relax on the sand or the dock. Tough decisions all! The hosts are the absolute best!

We have had the pleasure of staying at the is property for the now 2 summers and it never dissapoints. There is not a property on the island that has more to offer.
