This house size and layout was perfect for our two families to meet up in Oregon for a vacation. The teens had their own level to hang out. Loved how close to river and bridge it is.

The management company communication was great. They do use the “old school” physical key pick up/drop off process, so you will need to stop by their office in the village.
Nice layout gives separation/some privacy, air conditioning was very helpful (nearly a must in the summer months), the bike/pedestrian path is easily accessible. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the river. The interior was clean and worked well for our family. It is not updated, so if that is important to you it may not be a good fit.

Great Location! Property is right near the river. It is not as clean and updated as I would have hoped but that worked out great for the babies and dogs!
