Wonderful home centrally located in Sunriver with something to offer for everyone. This beautiful, dog-friendly dwelling is a short bike ride to the Observatory and Nature Center and also within a mile of SHARC. Home features a private wrap-around deck where you can BBQ your favorite meal or sit back and relax in your own private hot tub while enjoying the beautiful sky above. No matter what you have planned for your vacation here in Sunriver, there is no doubt that this is the perfect home for your family. It also features two garage parking spots.
This home has been newly remodeled and updated. The kitchen now has granite countertops, a new sink with fixtures, and completely refinished cabinets. These renovations make the kitchen a perfect spot for making meals with your family. Throughout the house, you will notice new carpet in the living room and Primary Bedroom, along with new wood-style vinyl flooring throughout a majority of the home. The Primary Bathroom has been completely updated and remodeled with quartz countertops, heated tile floors, and refinished cabinets. The walk-in shower is now twice the size and a brand new soaking tub has been added to this bathroom, the perfect place to relax after a day at the mountain. The guest bath has also been redone with granite countertops, tile flooring, and updated sinks, toilet, and shower fixtures. The laundry/mudroom has also been completely updated with new flooring, countertops, sink, and refinished cabinets.

The Primary bedroom houses a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and double sinks.

Then you will find another bedroom with a King-sized bed.

The third bedroom has a Queen Bed with Twin Trundle.
Bedroom 4:
In the remaining room, there is a set of twin beds. The twin beds can be pushed together and converted into a king-size bed, making this room very versatile in sleeping arrangements.
- The Primary Bedroom also has an air mattress at the ready for that extra sleeping capacity.

Two Living Areas, including a Smart TV in the Living Room, with a Soundbar.

This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf
