Along with a convenient location close to the SHARC facilities - with ten passes provided - the home also boasts its own private deck complete with a hot tub and gas grill for added comfort and outdoor leisure. Sunriver is only 20 miles from Mt. Bachelor and 15 miles from Bend. It boasts two renowned golf courses, a putting course, tennis courts, an observatory, a marina, and miles of interconnected pedestrian trails plus a host of on-site groceries, shopping, and dining options.
A wood-burning fireplace and rich leather seating set the stage for cozy family downtime in the living room, with books, puzzles, classic board games, and a smart TV provided for all-ages entertainment. The roomy full kitchen is equipped with a host of major appliances, including an updated oven, for all your home cooking needs. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
