This spacious 4 bedroom home is situated in the Northwest part of Sunriver, near the Deschutes River. The home comes with a private hot tub and gas BBQ that sits on the back deck, for you and your family to relax and cook up some delicious food, while you watch the wildlife roam around your back yard. There is a garage available for a single car for you to use at your leisure.

Level 1:

Living:
Walking in the front door, you'll find the living room straight ahead with a gas fireplace to help keep you warm in the winter, two leather couches, and a flat-screen TV for you to unwind with, after a day in the sun at SHARC.

Kitchen/Dining:
The Kitchen and Dining room together seat eight people and have a glass sliding door that leads out to the open deck. With available outdoor seating.

Bedroom 1:
The Primary King bedroom is Downstairs featuring a Flat Screen TV, Sound System, and En Suite Bath and has a sliding glass door that leads to the Deck and Hot Tub.

Bedroom 2:
The next bedroom downstairs is the Queen Bed with an attached Bath that is also accessed from the hall.

Level 2:
Upstairs we have the third and fourth bedrooms as well as a full bath.

Bedroom 3:
The first upstairs bedroom has two Twin beds, an HDTV, and a DVD player.

Bedroom 4:
The second upstairs bedroom works great as a hang out space with two Twin beds and a futon, and a Smart TV

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
