Die Lage ist super. Kaffee war auch da
An der ein oder anderen Stelle waren Dinge kaputt, wie Fliegengitter und Teile der Dusche. War ok, aber für den Preis dann wiederum nicht angemessen

Great location close to water bus stops, good restaurants and supermarket and other shops. The apartment was small but very clean and convenient. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The bed was comfortable with good bed linen.
The host seemed more concerned with collecting the tourist tax than getting us settled into the apartment, once that was sorted out the host was charming and responsive to any questions we had. There was little packing space in the bedroom, there was other stuff in some of the drawers that should be stored elsewhere.

It was well placed and very calm. We are 15min away from the center of Venise which is very convenient.
The heating wasn't working properly. The shower was a mess all along, water kept going outside of the shower box, we had to clean it up everytime we had to shower. It went in the bedroom, so we had to clean it all the way. The light near the bed exploded on me when I tried to turn it on.
