Fantastic location among vibrant bars and cafes of the Paquis district, a few minutes from Lake

Very comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for a better location. Easy arrangement's for check-in.

Apartment needs some tender loving care. Drains back up. From the comments this seems to be an ongoing issue. Kitchen utensils etc are all very old. HOWEVER. These minor issues are offset by the fantastic location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location, kind navigation and easy check in/out with thoughtful explanation. Sufficient stay for a couple of days.

Great location. The transport pass that was provided was amazing! Was able to cook some meals here. It had everything that was needed.

Had some trouble with the Internet connection the last day, but the owner responded quickly.

If you have budget, better stay in hotel.

Close to the main train station, close to a lot of restaurants (just go down the building), walking distance to the lake. Convenient check-in and out.

Very strong restaurant smell coming inside the apartment that I think we just got used to it eventually. Not ideal for summer stay coz no AC + there is a fan that doesn’t even give air. Wifi issues initially. Blocked bathtub so while showering the water does not drain properly. The area is also a bit shady (like Geneva’s red light district). Elevator stinks of pee. We felt cheap and dirty staying there lol

Superb

Karim was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions and supplied lots of ideas for our visit. The apartment was very clean, secure and easy to find. Great location, close to attractions and travel (airport, railway station, bus terminal). Good value for money in Geneva.

The apartment was quite hot inside on arrival. There is a floor fan but the airflow from it was not very strong, even when at maximum speed, so we had a lot of trouble getting the temperature down to a comfortable level.

Convenient and comfortable

Location was great and just a couple of minutes walk to the train and lake. Many restaurants, bars and grocery stores very close as well. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The host was especially nice and responsive. The windows sealed out the street noise (Friday and Saturday nights) very well. Very comfortable bed.

As the location was by surrounding food eateries, you could smell the cooking in the room. Keeping a window open and the doors closed whilst we were out reduced this.

Good value for money, good location for traveling around.

The location is excellent. The apartment is right by the central station. This is a great option if you plan on traveling to other Swiss cities. Check-in was super easy. You just use a code to get the keys. Straightforward and quick. Considering the prices nearby, you will not get a cheaper option for this location. It is a solid value for money. The apartment has a kitchenette equipped with everything you might need to make a couple of meals, it is a good money saver. You have plenty of grocery stores within walking distance.

Not enough towels. No extra blankets. Sparse tableware. The apartment was not particularly clean. You are in a busy street full of restaurants, so it can get pretty loud at night. It might be something to take into account in case you are not a sound sleeper.

would recommend this room to any traveller who is not driving

perfect location. very clean, very comfortable bed, secure and private

no hot water for 2 days. very difficult to report issue through the agent booking. com and had to report twice before the plumber came. booking.com indicated that there was not much they could do so this was not a good start to my holiday. parking was horrendously expensive so parked at airport for 45chf per day and public transport in. property is advertised with parking so I found this false advertising

The location was excellent, then the property was quiet and, although small, everything was there we needed.

There could have been more crockery. For instance there was only one coffee mug and some small plates would have been useful.

Great location very central. The apartment looks cosy and the interior is elegant. We felt home in this apartment. Clean and really comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful. I really liked the coffee machine in the apartment this was a big advantage to start the morning well.
