Villa Niobe - Exclusive Lakefront Apartment With Private Beach

Perfect location for walking/driving into Stresa and surrounding towns. Property is part of an amazing building and our particular flat was a superb four-bedroom flat with large bedrooms (two ensuite) and large, comfortable beds. The property was absolutely spotless clean and has a balcony area that gives superb views over Maggiore. Overall it was a brilliant stay made very easy by the hosts and I would recommend to anyone for a relaxed stay in a great part of Italy. While there is no AC due to the age of the property, the nature of the building means it stays cool even in 32 degrees, and there are also fans provided anyway.

Everything! Excellent location- we even went for a swim in the little private beach, breathtaking views, the apartment was perfectly equipped -the chessboard kept the children busy- and clean, instructions from the host accurate, great recommendations, the building itself amazing with high ceilings. Will definitely try to stay over again!

הגענו ביום חורפי וקר! לא היו מים חמים במקלחות והוילה עצמה היתה קפואה!! כשפנינו לקרלו בעל המקום הוא היה מודע לבעיית המים במקלחות וניסה לכוון אותנו למקלחת אחת שכן עובדת כמו שצריך אבל לנו זה לא עזר. הבית היה קפוא ונאלצנו להוסיף עוד ועוד שמיכות. אותו קרלו טען שזה החימום המקסימלי שניתן לחמם לפי תו תקן איטלקי. למחרת הסתלקנו מהמקום ולקחנו חלופה באיזור עם מים חמים נפלאים וחימום נפלא (על איזה תקן הוא מדבר בדיוק???). קרלו ביוזמתו הבטיח לזכות אותנו על השהייה הגרועה אך מאז נעלם, לא משיב לפניותינו והגדיל לעשות כשהוא חוסם אותי באגרסיביות לתקשורת בווטס אפ. מובן שלא ביצע כל החזר כפי שהבטיח!! מציעה לכולם להתרחק מהמקום עד שלא ילמד לכבד את אורחיו ששילמו ב"אוף סיזן" 400 יורו ללילה. בושה וחרפה!!!
