Always Easy I Tabakalera

I have stayed in the house with my family during July 2026 for 9 nights. Location of the house is ideal. Walking distance to all important places but outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The house has all the amenities you can think of including all kitchen utensils, washing machine, bathroom supplies, etc. Having 3 bedrooms with proper beds plus a living room with lots of natural light was awesome. Does not have its own car park but across the road there is a big multi storey car park with charging station. There is also a big supermarket accessible from that car park. The street has two nice restaurants and a bakery.

While the cleanliness of the house was ok in general, in the details there are issues. You get to understand when you drop something under the bed or your child puts the toy car under the couch. When you get your stuff from these places and see your hand it quite a bit dirt, it becomes clear that the cleaning lady who comes strictly at 11am (!) on your check out day is skipping the details while preparing the house for the next guest.

The location of this apartment is perfect, just 5 minutes away from the bus and train stations and 15 minutes walk to the old town and city centre. The beds are comfy, we had a very good night sleep. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a washing machine and place to dry your clothes. Amaia is a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. He greeted us, and explained everything and how to use the app to enter the building and the apartment. We really loved our stay !

The room is spacious and the access to the bus terminal and downtown is very good.

I had a hard time unlocking the room. The way it was instructed on the web was wrong. Turning it to the right was wrong, the correct way was to turn it to the left. It took me about 40 minutes to check in because I couldn't unlock it. The owner and the management company were very slow to respond, which was very frustrating. Please be careful. There is a space to dry laundry, but it is inside the building and does not get any sunlight. It smells moldy. I did not use it. There is no equipment for drying laundry in the room, so those staying for a long time will need to bring their own.
