Gorgeous location and stunning home. Very comfortable space and loved being able to cook our meals. Views were amazing and we enjoyed seeing the sheep, chickens and cows near the residence. Had a lovely meal close by at the Stein Inn restaurant.

Beautiful views from all rooms. Firewood provided for wood burning stove. The owner was very prompt to provide replacement batteries for a non functioning tv remote.
For the price I would have expected a dresser or chest of drawers in the downstairs main bedroom. There were some shelves in the closet and a couple of small drawers in the bedside chests. The upstairs bedrooms both had chest of drawers with mirrors and additional small chests of drawers in the closets.
Also, although it appeared the property had been recently renovated they did not provide outlets that had USB or USB-C charging ports. In the other 4 properties we stayed in while in Scotland they all had USB charging ports or provided adapters.
The dryer also did not seem to be working properly as it would take 2 or 3 cycles of running the dryer to get a load of clothes dry.
Bed mattresses were hard.
