This modern and bright apartment is ideal for couples and small families who are looking for a relaxing holiday close to the beach and town. This spacious one bedroom apartment is located in the well known urbanisation of La Fragata, in the surroundings of Estepona marina. This beautiful property offers a well sized master bedroom, tastefully decorated, it has air conditioning and a king size bed.There is a smart television available. The bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin. The double bedroom also has a dressing area with plenty of space for storage in its built-in cupboards. The apartment has a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances and all you may need for your holidays. The apartment offers a nice and bright lounge area with air conditioning and direct access to the terrace and community gardens. The lounge offers a sofa bed for a third guest and is equipped with international TV and a high speed internet connection. There is a lovely dining area off the lounge that has space for four guests.
