This was our 3rd time staying at sunrise but our first time in 1101. Once getting there we first realized the balcony furniture cushions do dirty I would not let my dog sit on it, it was also all broken with metal stilling up. Manager was wonderful and got that taken care of. After about 20 mins of being there our feet was black…. We got the broom and mop out and it definitely had not been clean in a while! Bathrooms not clean, blood on the walls, kitchen utensils dirty and pots and pans could not be used because of the Burt/rust on them. The balcony was full of ashes and so dirty we took soap and water with a broom and cleaned it ourselves. Beds where comfortable however both made the loudest noises when barley moving. Above us must be owners that have a dog and you could hear the dog playing with a toy or bone at all hrs. We love sunrise beach and will be back but definitely not this unit!
