Welcome to Sea-horsey Retreat! A great 3-bedroom Gulf-front condo in Sunrise Beach Resort with amazing views and access to the resort's multiple pools, fitness center and other great amenities. Grab a cup of coffee and start the day relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean while you plan your day at the beach, the pool or nearby Pier Park. Sea-horsey Retreat is a great place for a family to vacation on the beach and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while being walking distance to great local attractions! You can even rent a mini car, bike or motorcycle just across the street.
Sea-horsey Retreat is located on the 7th floor of the Sunrise Beach Resort giving you a great view of the typically 2-toned emerald coast waters and the two 5th floor pools right from your own private balcony. The 3-bedroom condo sleeps 7 in bedrooms but also has a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. There is a King master, Queen spare, Twin over Full bunk room, a Queen sleeper sofa, and if you need some more sleeping space there is a Queen Murphy bed. The condo was very clean and plenty of room.Sunrise beach resort was in a great location. We would stay there again. Beautiful views and the pools was nice.

We stayed here for a family beach vacation and were really impressed by the stunning location and the excellent amenities — the pool area and workout facility were especially nice and well-maintained. It had all the ingredients for a relaxing and fun trip.However, the experience was unfortunately overshadowed by how heavily we were monitored throughout our stay. We constantly felt like we were under surveillance, as if we were a group of unruly spring breakers rather than a family on summer vacation. Staff were frequently walking around with clipboards, checking for wristbands, and enforcing an exhaustive list of rules — including being told we couldn’t toss a ball in the pool and receiving warnings of fines for minor infractions.While we understand the need for some structure, the level of oversight felt excessive and out of place for a family-oriented environment. It created unnecessary stress and took away from the enjoyment of our time there.This place has a lot of potential, but the enforcement approach could definitely be more balanced — especially when hosting families during the summer months.

I love that the place was on the beach but the property was not what we expected dirty wore down in need of a upgrade rugs wore out furniture wore out patio furniture wore out with lots of stains hair in shower and bathtub it wasn’t up to par at all dining room table was some type of fold out thing never seen anything like it before definitely need a upgrade. Wasn’t pleased at all
