Just a few minutes west is Pier Park, an outdoor town center with souvenir shopping at Ron Jon's, dining, and endless shopping opportunities at places such as Beach Hut and Avenue Sea. Also at Pier Park you'll find a 16-screen movie theater and a Dave & Busters arcade.

This condo was everything we were looking for. The condo was clean and was great fit for our family. The location was great. We walked to dinner several nights and played volleyball on the beach. Minutes away from everything!! We loved everything about the condo. As we were packing up to leave, my son said “dad, I want to come back to this condo again next year.”

I try not to give a bad review because of it being a rental and people are always in and out but some stuff is basic cleaning that needs to be done in between guests, especially if your “cleaning and disinfecting” because of Covid. I know places are short staffed and are trying their best I feel like the cleaning crew didn’t do much especially what is charged in the price but change bedding and sweep some of the floor
Pros-view was great, elevators were fast, beach chair service a plus, plenty of parking, walking distance within restaurants
Cons-master bedroom mattress was worn out, couch along wall in living room has no cushion left, dust build up under fixtures, needs major deep clean-scuff marks on walls, back of bathroom door, living room tables had finger prints on them
We also had housekeeping walk in while we were there on the second day, they didn’t knock, just entered the code and walked in, saw we were there and walked out
