This condo sleeps eight and features a full, well-equipped kitchen to make preparing cost-saving breakfasts, lunches, and dinners a snap. Enjoy meals in the adjacent dining area, gather together to socialize or watch TV in the comfortable living area, and watch the world go by from your furnished balcony overlooking the Emerald Coast. There are also plenty of great amenities on-site including a shared pool, children's water play area, fitness center, and easy beach access.

Located just a half-mile down the road is Gulf World, an aquarium with shark feedings, dolphin encounters, and animal shows. Just two miles West is Pier Park, an outdoor town center with souvenir shopping at Ron Jon’s, and endless shopping at places such as Beach Hut and Avenue Sea. Also at Pier Park, you'll find a 16-screen theater, Margaritaville, and a Dave & Busters for all-ages fun!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
