This (2 bedrooms, and a bonus kid room) condo is perfect for our 2 families (8 of us), ocean front and two big swimming pools. Inside the condo was so clean and large, plenty of rooms for all of us. We loved the beach umbrella and chairs those reserved for us for the whole week. Vacasa (Chelsea Merriss) was so great to work with. I highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful trip and stay at Sunrise Beach 2504. Could have been a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen and the couches could use a deep cleaning or replacement. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely return again.

Loved the location. Stayed on 25th fl. Elevators were very prompt. Lite to no wait time. Place was spacious. The pool and hot tub was nice. Got 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella as part of stay.
Cons: need at least adequate matching set of dishes for 4. Need cookware. There were no pans. The bathroom had a lot of mole around tub and sometimes smells like backed sewage. I texted mgt bout problem they eventually sent someone to try to clean the mole. They were able to get some of it off but not all. I took risk anyway of using shower even tho I'm allergic to mole cuz they used a large amt of bleach trying to get it off.
