Charming old-school Florida decor makes this space even more unique. Elders and folks who need some extra assistance will be able to navigate this home. Of course, guests will be able to take part in shared amenities like the pool hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, fitness room, and so much more!

White sandy beaches and emerald waters are just a few steps from this home. Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just a mile-and-a-half away! Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just over two miles from the condo) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Guests who brought their clubs will appreciate being just under two miles from the Holiday Golf Club.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
