This 20th floor two bedroom, bunkroom, and two-bathroom unit floor plan located at the Sunrise Beach Resort offers breathtaking views of Panama City’s white sand beaches as well as the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf of mexico. Sunrise Beach Resort is located within walking/short drive distance from panama city’s most popular attractions and restaurants including Pier Park, and makes for a perfect family vacation, holiday, and weekend beach getaway destination!
This 1249 sq. Foot condo was professionally furnished and decorated with comfort and luxury in mind. You will find the master bedroom located on the gulf with its very own entry to the oversized beachfront balcony features a bamboo king size bed with a 42” wall mounted hdtv coupled with a private master bathroom with an oversized tub! The second bedroom boasts a ratan wood queen size bed and another 42” wall mounted flat screen hdtv. The bunkroom can comfortably sleep two and also has a 26” tv. This unit will comfortably sleep up to 8 people! The coastal style living room features a comfortable queen size pull out sofa and a 55” smart tv, along with a blue ray disk player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils and features brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! The coastal style dining area will comfortably seat six people. We are confident that you will absolutely love your stay at this condo and will want to comeback time and time again! Do note that there is an additional parking fee of $50 per parked vehicle that is paid to the resort. The fee is good for the entire stay! Vehicles taller than 80 inches in height cannot be parked at the resort.

Beach view was fabulous! 20th floor seeing dolphins every morning, and a sea turtle a few mornings. Host was very nice, and quick to respond when we reached out. The place was very clean, had nearly everything we needed. The only negative thing I have to say is the beds aren’t the best, but if you wear yourself out enough on the beach, you’ll sleep just fine.

Great place to stay. Resort was very clean, but our condo could have been cleaned better. Smelled of pee, and the base of commodes at the floor were dirty. Base boards were dusty. Cabinets felt sticky. We ended up washing the bathroom rugs. Great location, AMAZING sunsets! Lots of silverware, plates, and glasses.Kitchen had everything (even a hot water kettle) except scissors. The BEST thing was the view. We saw dolphins every morning, beautiful clear water, and the balcony was spacious and relaxing. Day to day staff were vigilant on keeping pool and hot tub clean, common area restrooms clean, pH levels checked multiple times a day on the pool and hot tub.

The location and the property was great. The unit however was in need of a good cleaning and updating. The towel and washcloth looked like they came from a yard sale. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and shown a lot of wear. The refrigerator freezer would not even freeze a bottle of water when left over night. I have been renting condos at the beach for many years, this one would be at the bottom of my list.
