About this apartment rental
Located in Panama City Beach, this condo is a dream. It's located on the 8th floor overlooking the pools and the beautiful gulf. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails on the balcony at the table or while relaxing on the lounge chairs. For your convenience, two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in your rental and will be set up, awaiting your arrival every morning! Sunrise Beach has two pools, one which is heated seasonally, two hot tubs and a splash pad. The gym even has a view of the pools and gulf as well! There is also a snack shack located on the pool level so you don't have to go far for a tasty treat, drink, or any neccessities you may have forgotten. Sunrise Beach is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops along with Pier Park being about 1 mile away. At Pier Park you'll find over 125 retail, dining and entertainment options for any age in your party! From Dave and Busters to Margaritaville and even Target, Dillards, American Eagle and Ron Jon Surf Shop, just to name a few.

-Fully equipped kitchen, including the first cup of joe on the house
-Dining table has enough seating for six people along with room for two more at the breakfast bar

The condo was really nice but could use a face lift and a good cleaning, hardly any water pressure in the second bathroom shower. The room with the bunk beds is very small but over all it’s a nice floor plan. We absolutely love the location and complex. Very easy to get your beach chairs and umbrella included with your stay. This is our second summer staying here but different unit. We will definitely be returning to Sunrise Beach Resort.

As stated nice welcome basketball. Everything was nice. Not a knock on the properties but, I wish their was a screen on sliding glass door to hear those waves roll in :)
