Located in Panama City Beach, this condo is a dream. It's located on the 8th floor overlooking the pools and the beautiful gulf. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails on the balcony at the table or while relaxing on the lounge chairs. For your convenience, two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in your rental and will be set up, awaiting your arrival every morning! Sunrise Beach has two pools, one which is heated seasonally, two hot tubs and a splash pad. The gym even has a view of the pools and gulf as well! There is also a snack shack located on the pool level so you don't have to go far for a tasty treat, drink, or any neccessities you may have forgotten. Sunrise Beach is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops along with Pier Park being about 1 mile away. At Pier Park you'll find over 125 retail, dining and entertainment options for any age in your party! From Dave and Busters to Margaritaville and even Target, Dillards, American Eagle and Ron Jon Surf Shop, just to name a few.

As stated nice welcome basketball. Everything was nice. Not a knock on the properties but, I wish their was a screen on sliding glass door to hear those waves roll in :)

The condo was lovely, well equipped and clean. Sari was a pleasant and easy to work with, we had no issues during our stay and really enjoyed the room. Security does not allow kids to throw any balls in the pool whatsoever which was a bummer for our 12 year old son…. But that could be a benefit for others I suppose.

The condo was clean and well stocked. The view from the patio was absolutely gorgeous. The location is great. You walk right out onto the white sand beach.
