Gate Code Access – A gate code is required for the parking garages. This code will be provided along with your door code at check-in.
Wristbands – We provide the exact number of wristbands listed in the booking. Extras are not available.

We loved our stay with Host PCB! This was our second stay with them. The staff is great to work with. I called several times with questions before arriving. I was able to talk to the same person each time and she was very helpful and answered all my questions.
They were great with accommodating an early check-in on the day of arrival. The place was clean and well stocked. The location is very convenient being right across the street from the beach. We will definitely stay here again!!

Mom, sister and I enjoyed our annual beach trip staying in this nice comfortable unit. It's spacious, clean, and very nice. Perfect for our needs. It's my second time staying in the unit this year and will be back next year.

Our stay was in the off season, and we chose this unit due to the layout as we worked remotely during our stay. The two separate, adjoining rooms provided a great layout for separate workspaces. We experienced an unfortunate event early in our stay where the owner had arranged for someone enter into the our condo unannounced and uninvited. They used the room access code and tried to come into the room. Fortunately, we were in the unit and had the security latch in place where they couldn’t fully open the door. I confronted them and they simply indicated that “they didn’t think the room was occupied” and walked away. They didn’t identify themselves or why they were there. I emailed the owner and, after a few hours, they apologized and indicated it was the turnover crew and they had mistaken that the unit needed service. My understanding of the event would have been much different had they knocked and announced themselves before attempting to enter; regardless as to whether they thought the unit was or was not occupied. That is for their safety as well as mine. Unfortunately, when something like that happens, you question the security procedures that are followed (i.e., what various parties have access to the room and why did they show the unit was unoccupied when I had booked months in advance). And, yes, the owner was very apologetic but once that trust is violated, there’s really nothing that can be done to re-establish the trust or security concerns.
