Shared walkway/path to the beach, basketball hoop, volleyball court, outdoor shower (hot/cold water), parking for 6 vehicles and carport convenient for loading and unloading. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/DVD, full hallway bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access (the deck accessed from this bedroom offers a gate and can be blocked off for children or pets), Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access and a Master Bedroom with a Double Bed plus TV. There is also a Den with deck access, mini-fridge and sink, game/card table and a flat-screen TV/DVD. The den is equipped with a, Queen Sleep Sofa. There is a half-bath between the mid and top levels.
Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access. The master bathroom offers a whirlpool tub and stand-alone shower. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

After 30+ years staying in Hatteras Island, my in-laws wanted a family vacation. I was hesitant, but my expectations were exceeded. The area is quaint, but family friendly with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The beach is a pleasant walk, not too far or a difficult walk. Area is flat is sidewalks. There is a really nice playground for children within walking distance as well.
The house is excellent overall. Very clean, organized and maintained. The bunk beds in the basement do need replaced rather soon, but absolutely no other complaints. They are sinking down in the middle and worn out. Decks are very nice, LOVED the hammock swings on the mid-tier.
If you're looking for a GREAT place to stay, this is the place for you.

We loved the house and the neighborhood was beautiful! It was an easy and pleasant walk to the beach and was convenient to restaurants and groceries. The only thing I would say is that it was a bit chilly at night and there were no extra blankets that we were able to find. We used the bedspreads of the beds that were not being used so go by. But there definitely should be more blankets if the need arises. We would absolutely stay there again!

This is a wonderful property for families with well-behaved pets. Corolla has blossomed in recent years and shopping, restaurants and other points of interest are nearby, even during the off season. The neighborhood is designed to allow for walks on the beach or walks through the Pine Island neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The location of this house was amazing! Close to the grocery store and 5-10 mins walk to the beach, had perfect access for those things. However, you can not go outside after 9pm at this house. There is an incredible amount of spiders all over the outside of this house! You can not open a door or walk to the trash can without ducking under spiders or running into webs.
