The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.

The online pictures do not give a true picture of the house. Furniture has been updated and it had plenty of room for our family of ten. The kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans to cook with. They could have a couple more large plates, but we used a lot of paper plates so it wasn't a real issue. The pool room in the basement was a good extra room for a tv, and we enjoyed the pool table. The pool got lots of use. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, and the steps to carry things to the beach were better without any wagon to carry your things. We dropped people off and parked back at the rental. The place was clean when we arrived.

The house is roomy and accommodates our size family. The walk to the beach is not bad (10 min) but there is no sidewalks. The house could be cleaned better as there was a lot of dust and some broken furniture.
Other than some minor issues a good overall stay.

The location was excellent. Great pool and hot tub, pretty of room. Could use a little updating. Otherwise nice place to stay.

It was a nice stay but the home needs updates. The pool table and pool were popular. The area is okay but would have enjoyed being closer to the ocean. The home did not seem homey or well loved.
