Yes, the pool is located at the mid level along with the great room and kitchen for optimum privacy! No walking down stairs to get to this magnificent (26 x 58) deck with (14 x 32) pool and hot tub surrounded by chaise lounges, tables and chairs and open railings to take advantage of the summer breezes. Dine by the pool or inside the screened porch or stroll the 360 degrees of open and covered deck.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include gas and charcoal grills, kids play area, an outdoor shower and a ping pong table.
Mid Level: Entry level. Great Room with cathedral ceiling flat-screen TV, wet bar, pool table, dining room seating 9, screened porch, and the well-equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access, semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, and flat-screen TV, and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

We were glad to find something available and reasonably priced for summer 2021 given the demand. The house is aging a bit (exterior paint peeling, some rotten decking — a few splinters, decor a bit dated, etc.). At the price point, however, it’s in line with realistic expectations. Comfortable bedrooms, functional kitchen. The location is pretty good (on row 5 from the beachfront), with the beach accessible within a 10-15 minute walk and the driving entrance/exit just a couple minutes away. The street is very quiet and Whalehead is a great area for families. The Corolla Light shops are walkable/bikeable if you want to for ice cream or dining. The lot is large and the houses spaced so that you’re not right on top of someone else. The property manager (Brindley Beach) was responsive when called. Overall, we had a good stay at The Tradition.
