Overall great place! Could have been a little more clean, very dusty and some dead bugs(not bad bugs) around the house. Property grounds could use a little face-lift, up keep. But we loved our stay and the property.

Location was fabulous! The beach was gorgeous! The locals are so helpful and friendly! The house on the other hand needs a lot of TLC! It had mold in downstairs bed room as well as all over the outside of the house. Pool table down stairs was cool just such a strong musty smell it was hard to enjoy. 2 car garage one door was broken. Lanai leaked in the rain. No access to crows nest as advertised, with good reason it looked like it was going to fall down. Out door shower and sink not hooked up. No porch swing as advertised. Outside patio furniture was picnic tables that gave you splinters and was very warped and rusty nails sticking up on the outside deck. Inside was very big needed a paint job and some tiles where cracked. And who ever cleaned it could do a better job. Cobwebs with bugs in them stuck on top of cathedral ceilings and lights and dirt on all base boards. They did have updated appliances however we could not use dishwasher because it was broken and was woken up at 9am for a gentleman to fix it but was not successful at doing so. Also we where not told he was coming. The jacuzzi was awesome and loved the breakfast bar with separate refrigerator.
