About this house rental
Built in 2022, this newly constructed home in the Village at Ocean Hill is the perfect place for making beautiful memories. Bella Rose provides plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to keep the entire family entertained. Four master suites ensure privacy and the elevator will make unpacking luggage and unloading groceries a breeze. Situated on a quiet soundside cul-de-sac for spectacular sunset views over the marsh.
When it's time to hit the beach, guests can use the Windance Lane access which provides parking exclusively for for Villages at Ocean Hill guests. The community also offers many amenities such as oceanside and lakefront pools, basketball courts, and a playground. A fitness center and tennis court are available for use for an additional fee.
Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. No on street parking in the Village At Ocean Hill community. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Clean house. Beautiful property. Very close to 4x4 beach. Only inconveniences/issues were the elevator did not work and the pool was not heated. Reached out to the property management company about the pool via the app - no response

Neighborhood is great. House was awesome. One thing that should be listed that wasn’t a deal breaker and wouldn’t change my choice to stay is they are building a house next door. Noise wasn’t terrible but between 8-4:30 the cul de sac was a parking lot. Again not a deal breaker just nice to know what’s around the house. Would definitely stay again.
