Guests can walk straight to the beach from the ground floor of the building. Beyond that, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun carnival setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

This was probably the CLEANEST condo we have ever stayed at with the FASTEST elevators! The views were amazing and the condo had everything we could need.
The only negatives were the slow responses by the management team on questions we had, it was a stuggle to unlock the door for the pool, and the AC struggled to cool the condo at night.

The condo was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and I loved the location. The only problem we had was the construction. It started at 7:30 am and lasted unto after 4. It was a constant loud noise and I couldn’t make work related calls. The owner did contact me and was very helpful. She even refunded some of my money. She didnt know about the construction. Other than tjat down side, we loved the condo
