Quick get away to PCB - Lisa at Haven Beach Rentals made the reservation process seamless and answered any questions I had. Celadon 2005 was a very nice condo that was well equipped - no issues at all. The condo is on the west end of PCB, which is much quieter. Would definitely stay again.

toilet seat needs to be tightened so it doesn't slide around.
couch is very uncomfortable, same with loveseat
both bedroom televisions need to be upgraded to be able to use with direct tv that was installed while we were there
everything was there that was required

Room was very clean and had everything we needed for are stay Except for the construction going on during are time there and the water being off for six hours

Sleeper sofa was broken, thank goodness we didn’t need it as a sleeper. But even for the sofa there was no support. A wire for the tv in the spare bedroom was installed not very safe. Tripping hazard. Master bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Then our first night the smoke alarm in the master bedroom went off, the baby was in that room. So at 3 am we are all up trying to stop the alarm. Maintenance came fixed the bathroom it broke again almost as soon as they left, wire was connected to baseboard in one spot, and sofa they hammered through the front of the sofa which didn’t end up holding it. Plus we were given sheets to protect the furniture when we arrived. Then one day we couldn’t get out of the condo the front door had broken, my son-in-law is handy so he managed to get it open. So door lock people came and fixed the door. Said it was from leaving patio door open and the front door and it had slammed to many times. Which might have happened once in our stay. Because we had the air on so we didn’t have patio door open other than to go out on the porch. It just happened on our stay which was unfortunate. The maintenance men said they had told the owner in the winter that the sleeper sofa was broken. Never had this happen before. The beach and the water were beautiful. Elevators were a problem, several times. My 2 daughters and husbands went to take our tent down on the beach and had to walk up to floor 11 to one of their condos to drop the tent off, then walk up to our condo on the 20th floor. I truly hate to be a complainer but our condo wasn’t a good experience for what we paid.
