We had a wonderful stay at the Celadon 507. The condo was super well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. This rental also included two Tommy Bahama beach chairs as well as two Tommy Bahama Beach Umbrellas and two boogie boards for the kids. (The Celadon Beach Chair Service is not included). The condo also had a Keurig coffee maker. Both the Family room and the bedroom have large Smart screen tvs. The view from the balcony is incredible.
We were very pleased with our stay!
And the condo was extremely clean 😄

Chris and Belinda were the best hosts we’ve ever rented from. They left us a personal note, charcuterie board and several drinks upon our arrival. We also reached out for an early check-in because we were already in town, and they were able to get us in at 12:30. Those things, and their quick responses, made this booking different from any other stay we’ve had, and we’ve had several. The unit location was great. The condo was nicely decorated with a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee pods. The beach chairs were a bonus we weren’t aware of during booking. Hosts with the most for sure. We highly recommend Turtle Cove with the Saunders. We had a wonderful, relaxing and much-needed week away with our family, and we look forward to booking through them again!

My wife and I have booked a condo at Celadon for the past 15 years. We love staying at Celadon because of its close proximity to Pier Park (2 miles) and several restaurants we frequent while visiting Panama City. We also enjoy the location on front beach road, a way from the heavy traffic, noise and younger crowds. The complex is ideal for family-oriented people and older crowds. We thoroughly enjoy the 2 pools, one that is partially covered with a roof if you prefer to stay out of the sun. Both pools have a hot tub to soothe those aiking bones. They furnish 2 lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach at no additional cost to you. For us, the best part is always the white sandy beach with the soothing waves crashing along the shore, just a few yards from your room.
Unit 507 is by far the nicest unit we've rented out all the units we've rented at Celadon over the past 15 years. The condo was very clean and has a nice kitchen with pans, dishes, silverware and standard items to make your visit in Panama City more enjoyable. It's nicely furnished and the king sized bed along with the pillows were very comfortable.
Chris was a great host. He seemed kind, friendly and was very easy to contact if needed. He leaves his guest a nice surprise upon arrival. When I thanked Chris for the treats, he said, " we definitely try to give our guests an experience versus a roof over their head". He also allowed us to check in early since the cleaning crew finished cleaning the condo early.
Going forward, Chris's condo will be our unit of choice at Celadon while spending time in Panama City, Florida,.

This August 2024 marked our 3rd stay at this exceptional condo, and once again, Chris and Belinda have set the bar impossibly high. From the moment we arrived, we felt like honored guests rather than mere renters. Per usual, they greeted us with a thoughtful array of snacks including a fresh charcuterie spread (including the cotton candy grapes that they remembered I love!) and Brookies (brownie/cookies that are SO GOOD), and our favorite refreshments (sparkling water, fruit drinks). It’s this kind of personal touch that makes all the difference and keeps us coming back...
The condo itself continues to impress with its meticulous upkeep and cozy elegance. The SOFTEST sheets and plush pillows made it out hard to get out of the bed, and the view from the balcony—still as breathtaking as ever—was the perfect backdrop for our mornings.
We also appreciated the seamless conveniences that Chris and Belinda provide: a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, a generous supply of towels, and an array of beach gear, including the ever-appreciated Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella. The beach service, as always, is a fantastic perk that adds so much ease to our beach days.
Parking remains hassle-free with the covered walkway, and the condo’s consistent attention to detail—from the extra dish soap to the convenient laundry supplies—ensures a comfortable stay.
If you’re searching for a place where the owners genuinely care about your experience and where every detail is thoughtfully considered, this is the spot. We’ve stayed in various places, but none compare to the unparalleled quality and warmth of Chris and Belinda’s condo. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
