This penthouse-level beach condo offers all the amenities of home and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. A fully equipped kitchen and jacuzzi tub make this a perfect luxury beach getaway. Guests can enjoy access to many shared amenities, including community pools (one of which is seasonally heated), the hot tub, a fitness center with a sauna, a shared charcoal grill, and outdoor showers for post-sand castle cleanup.
Head just over 12 miles to St. Andrews State Park and explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Don't forget to hop on a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat! Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun coastal setting, is just under three miles from the condo. Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

There was plenty of parking two nice pools. Hot tubs were great. Staff keeps everything clean they are constantly cleaning the elevators.

2305 was a wonderful place. My daughter, husband, and I loved it! We had everything we need for our stay plus some. I will definitely be renting this location again and I would night recommend anyone else to do the same!

The view was amazing, loved the master on the gulf. The mattress was comfortable which is a must however the rest of the unit is in need of a lot of updating. The bedroom furniture is really worn and wobbly, master sink very slow to drain, coffee pot was broken and discovered it after waking to coffee all over the counter / floor since I set the timer to come on. Roach bug ran over my foot as I was opening the door, saw several large ones that were too quick to catch. Large jumpy looking bug and large grasshopper in the unit. The grasshoppers covered the sliding door on our last two nights so the patio was unusable. Missing batteries in remotes, if you don't want to log in to your own streaming service you are out of luck for tv, no channel line up and when I asked the front office for batteries that were missing and who is the provider for a line up she said that she was not a technical person so I had to figure it out.
