We absolutely love the property. The bikes were definitely a nice touch and we use them more than expected. The property was definitely easy walking distance to the beach. We will be booking this property again. Also Goat Feathers was absolutely phenomenal and on the same street. WIN!!!! LOVE THIS SPOT! GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST ALSO!!! A

This home was in a quaint super cute neighborhood! Short walk to the beach! Home had everything you could need for a beach trip! Bedrooms were great! You do get a workout going up the stairs but that’s a plus! Will definitely stay here again with my family!

The location of the property was excellent. The proximity to the beach couldn't be beat. The housekeeping crew did their best. The sofa and loveseat in the family room are filthy, so filthy, I used my own blanket to cover the sofa so I would feel comfortable sitting on it. The family room sofa and loveseat need to be replaced, as does the interior mat at the front door entrance. There was a large "bubble" of paint in one of the bathrooms that was holding dirty brown water from behind the walls. In general, the house needs a DEEP clean, new furniture in the family room, and deferred maintenance completed.
