We’ve been staying at high pointe for almost 10 years and I can’t say enough good things about it. This unit is perfect location with a grass area off the patio for the kids to play. The continence of the pool, spa, playground, Crabby Steve’s, and the beach is indescribable. We are a family with small kids and having everything you need in walking distance actually gives us adults and enjoyable vacation. Could not recommend this place enough!

The AC thermostat would not allow the guest to set the temperature. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 77 degrees. The temperature must have been controlled remotely. The thermostat appeared to let us set the temperature but always reset to the remotely set temperature. Even at the night, the unit temperature never got below 77. No one in our family was able to sleep.
Bad set-up for controlling energy costs!
