Newly remodeled beachfront condo with primary suite also on the water - giving you a double length balcony! Direct gulf and beach views! Primary has an en suite bathroom with spa-like shower. Bunk room with barn-door has twin beds with attached second bathroom. Newer wash machine and dryer. New shaker cabinets and granite counter-tops in kitchen and both bathrooms. New luxury vinyl plank flooring. New stainless steel appliances. Desk in primary bedroom. Here on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll enjoy spectacular views from your balcony, free seasonal beach service downstairs, and use of such wonderful facilities as indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a movie theater, an arcade, and a 4,300-square-foot gym with a Roman spa.
The resort sits only three-quarters of a mile west of Pier Park, where you can stroll among 124 stores, great restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater (the host of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Unwined, and a summer concert series). The Russell-Fields Pier is three-quarters of a mile east, the wildlife shows of Gulf World are one mile east, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark is four miles east. Frank Brown Park is one mile north as well, and hosts Gulf Coast Jam every Labor Day weekend.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condominium had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation. It’s beautifully decorated and had the most comfortable king size bed that overlooked the ocean. The balcony was accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. A fabulous place to read, relax, and enjoy the sound of the waves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for us! Very clean when we arrived and the decor looked great! Great view of the beach. This condo is on the 8th floor. Elevators were a little slow but security was really good at helping out with that.

Our room and view was beautiful. Everything was clean. Bedroom balcony door was a little hard to open. And elevator wait is CRAZY long. But everything else was wonderful. Property offers a lot and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our condo! It was beautiful with beautiful views! That being said we were already disappointed because we were moved to location instead of our original plan for Splash Resort with other family! We are disappointed for our children who looked forward to the water park we specifically chose splash for. Being moved to Tidewater was disappointing enough then we got to experience the awfully long wait times to go anywhere on an elevator! If you’re not going out super early or coming in super late and have a larger family plan to wait! We waited anywhere from 20-40 mins trying to get on as a family of 6! The idea was nice but we will not be returning.
