Wake up to the morning sun and incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico at this spacious beachfront condo, which offers an attached bathroom for each bedroom (including the bunk area). Bring the newspaper outside to the balcony overlooking the beach, and spend your days enjoying Tidewater Beach Resort's many amenities, including free seasonal beach service, multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, an arcade, a movie theater, and a gym with a sauna and steam room.
Pier Park is just over half a mile down the road, where you'll find 124 stores, restaurants and eateries, an IMAX movie theater, and countless other forms of entertainment. Head to Gulf World for a marine life encounter or Swampy Jackā€™s Wongo Adventure for amusement rides and go-karts. Downtown Panama City Beach is six miles east, as are Ripley's, ZooWorld, WonderWorks, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 19.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place worked well for our family. We were aware of the issues with the elevators but we have experienced this same problems at other large resorts also. Everything went well.

Great amenities, pool is clean most of the time. Nice hot tubs and gym. Right on the beach, attractions not far.

If I could I would give this a 3.5 rating. The view from the room is amazing. The beds were comfy. Overall, the negative things I have to say did not ultimately impact the outcome of our trip. Though they are worth noting because I would second guess re booking for this specific condo.
The couch and chair in the living room was really stained and dirty. The couch bed was broken (but functional) and the chair was electric and only work for the first day then would recline after that. Also, I use wifi for work, and unfortunately the wifi was only "good" in the bedrooms. In the living room and on the balcony it was essentially non existant.
