Location was good. It was super nice to just walk right out the sliding door on the deck and down to the beach. Definitely our family’s favorite part.
It is an older property so I expected it to have something not be “perfect” which I’m completely fine with as long as it’s clean. My biggest issue during our stay is that we did have a bit of a bug problem. During our 2 night stay we found 3 roaches-one in the living room and two in the bathroom and one good size spider in the other bathroom.

Great location for what we wanted. Close to Pier Park and access to Back Beach Road. It was a really great little 2B/2B condo! Spacious, nice deck.
The bed was noisy, squeaky. You could not move at all without the headboard banging the wall. Parking was tight, but manageable. That is my only complaint.
