It's conveniently located on the 29th floor and offers unobstructed views of the marvelous Gulf of Mexico and the beach from the furnished balcony. It also features tall windows that let plenty of sunlight in; you'll be able to take in the views from anywhere inside this beach abode. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and modern utensils that will make cooking a breeze. However, this is not everything Tidewater Beach Resort 2818 has to offer. This vacation rental is located in the Tidewater Beach Resort, therefore, you'll be granted access to incredible shared amenities. Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 28.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The resort was great The view was amazing The beach was great also the only complaint is the elevators but we made the best of it and really enjoyed our trip

We like the property and the facilities, we were on a walking distance to restaurants and play areas. The only issue was the used of the elevators that it was difficult to get in. In my opinion they should designate each elevator a specific amount of floors so it only goes to them. For instance every then floors one elevator maybe that will make it for a faster movement. And to advice the vacationers to not hold the bottom that supposed to keep the door closed. I had and issue with one of the elevators were someone was pressing that bottom and we lose power and the elevator drop 3 floors several times until the door opened in floor 19 were we all come out.

The condo was clean and smelled clean. Had everything we needed to cook, and the views were amazing. Even the elevators weren’t slow like I thought they would be , being in the 28th floor, and there are plenty of them.

Fridge didn’t work. No linens for the pullout couches. Dishwasher full of water. No beach towels. Furniture was stained.
