This unit is located on the 22nd floor. The condo features a large kitchen and living area with beautiful beach views and access to a generous beach front balcony. Wake up In the morning with a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf of America from your huge master bedroom. Condo sleeps eight comfortably with double full beds and a sleeper sofa. Tidewater Beach Resort offers one of the best locations in town with close proximity to Pier Park Shopping Development, Frank Brown Park and the Panama City Beach International Airport (ECP)! Amenities including 2 outdoor gulf front pools, 1 indoor heated pool, game rooms, 1 restaurant, a convenience store, a huge beach front fitness center, movie theater, 4 hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, conference room, covered parking, a computer lounge, and a game room.
There is a $54.04 resort fee you will pay directly to the resort at www.tidewaterhoa.com or at your arrival at their front desk located on the 2nd floor.

This place feels like a carnival cruise. Lots of waiting in lines just to catch an elevator up to your room on the 22nd floor or down to the beach. The unit itself is very nice, very large and spacious. A good place to land for a family with young kids or teens. Not the spot for a quiet get away for a couple. But if you want to be surrounded by a lot of people and chat it up in 10 min waits for an elevator or squished in elevators next to new “friends” this is the place for you!

Other than the refrigerator acting up, The place was clean and met our needs. There were plenty of linens and cookware. The property manager was very responsive. They had someone out there to check the refrigerator ASAP. You do have to register and pay the resort fee more than 24 hours or they charge you more money. I didn’t understand that part and owed another 10. That was frustrating. Overall the stay was as expected.
