Fabulous place to stay with family

The condo is located in a lovely neighborhood and the parking in the garage was fantastic. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were ideal for our family over a long weekend. It was very clean and comfortable and the arcade games were a hit with everyone. I highly recommend this condo.

The Pendleton was an excellent place to stay for our family with all of the amenities we needed.

Loved the layout of the property. It was great to have the play area for children. Location was excellent.

Superb

The space was perfect for our family gathering. It lent itself well to sitting around together conversating and enjoying each other's company. The amount of beds/bedrooms were great also.

The only thing that prevented me from giving the home a 10 was that the kitchen isn't well stocked. Meaning, there are no food storage containers, olive oil, or herbs to help ease a traveling family into being able to cook there. Not only were we with a larger group and couldn't eat out the entire stay, we also have food allergies so cooking at home is preferred. We had to buy everything and either throw it away or travel back home with it. If just the cooking essentials were there, it would've made it much easier.

We loved the location, the house and our time together!

Love that we did not have to deal with twin beds or bunk beds! Cute and stylish house.

Pillows were not amazing, all rooms should be changed out. We needed a long length mirror and there wasn’t one in the whole house. Extra hangers were needed for hanging dress clothes and there were very few.

Nice location, spacious, bedrooms were nice size

Front entrance to the house we had to clean ourselves because it had cobwebs and doormat was dirty so my husband had to use the blower as soon as we got there because it hadn’t been done before we arrived.The pull out couch had dirty sheets on it and crumbs all around and underneath mattress, plus one of the beds upstairs also had dirty sheets on the bed .

the house was roomy enough for my large family to be together. the rooms all had enough space, and there were plenty of bathrooms. And my niece loved the toys upstairs.
