Family Tree Guest House

The location is nice, near a beautiful park. The whole place is really clean, smells good, and everything is provided in the kitchen to be able to cook. There's also a washing machine and dryer which are very efficient. The wifi is working well. Great place with everything to feel good and at ease

Easily one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. It’s a pretty home and has all the facilities. The rooms are big and have 2 bunk beds. The washrooms and clean, the lounge area is great.

No complaints

Our room with a double bed and a double decker was great for pillow wars. The stair was movable, and the lighting was adjustable (with a premium feel) we found them extremely useful and interesting. There was no human interaction required during the whole stay, which is extremely foreigner-friendly.

Uploading your ID beforehand is required, while it is reasonable, it does take a bit of your privacy. The quilt was too warm for the summer, but you know what? We're in Sapporo. Project co-executive said: "I’m confused by the note in the room. It says that you can’t eat or drink on the bed while telling you that you should do it in the dining area at 1F. To me, if eating on the bed is A and eating in the dining area is B, then it’s saying A’ and B, then the first sentence is totally useless. Hope there’s a note with a clearer sentence."

ホストが気さくな人で良かった

非常に分かり辛い、使いにくい場所が多かったので残念な気持ちになった。 玄関の扉や部屋の扉に設置されているパスコードタイプの鍵はどこを触れば起動するのか分からず、分かった後も使い方にコツが必要なので部屋に入るのにいちいち5分、10分の時間を掛けなければいけなかった。 所々にこういった事が多かったので写真付きの案内版を貼って誰もが分かる様にするべき。
