Great value

The traffic is loud, and the building literally shakes when large trucks drive by (which is frequent).

Generally good location. All necessary things like a kitchen, towels, shower, laundry machine, at your disposal. The bed was comfortable, the room dark and cool, the outside traffic didn't filter in too much, and the roommates quiet and well-behaved, so I slept very well.

It needs a sink with mirror for you to groom at. Kitchen is the only sink. This place made me realize that I appreciate places where there is somebody at the property to at least greet and welcome. Having said that, the owner was available by phone and I called in the morning to confirm my stay and the tourist tax and he seemed friendly and probably helpful if contacted at any particular time. The set-up where you share an apartment with others was no problem thanks to the others being very low-key and keeping quiet, etc., but it could be a problem if there are not well-behaved people. However, there are plenty of signs imploring respectful behavior and I'm sure most in there are fine.

Had all the amenities listed. Free laundry is a huge plus. Great value in an excellent location.
