Lovely apartment - great value!

This well-equipped flat is spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely and warm on a chilly January night. Central location in Dalston is excellent with free parking opposite. Kerry, the owner, was quick to respond to any messages and very accommodating. Would recommend without hesitation.

Perfect apartment, perfect host and perfect location. What more could you ask for?

This is a beautiful apartment in the centre of Dalston and close to all amenities. It’s much larger than it looks on the photos and is very well furnished with an extremely comfortable bed. Considering its proximity to the road, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful which was just what I needed as I was on a work trip. It was very handy to have a desk in the sitting room which made working easier. The host, Kerry was extremely accommodating and communication with her was excellent. I had mentioned that I struggle with the cold and she went out of her way to ensure that I was warm and comfortable in the property (which I certainly was). The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a short stay and I would very highly recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area for work. Thank you Kerry- you have an exceptional property!

Exceptional flat in Dalston

Fantastic flat in the centre of the village, a few minutes walk from the station. Great fish and chip shop opposite, and Co-op 1 min walk away. Beautifully presented, including a large sitting room with a huge luxurious settee, and equally large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Everything clean and sparkling and in good order. Well-equipped kitchen with tea and coffee etc. provided. Easy to find; helpful host.

Really nothing not to like. I guess a bath would have made it even better, but the shower was pretty good!

Best apartment/flat I have ever stayed in through booking.com

Really clean and easy to find with an abundance of parking. Super comfy in the living room and the bed. Very spacious and everything you need as a home from home. Will definitely book this property if I’m in the location again for work and would happily bring my wife for a leisure trip. Great communication from the host too…..

Lovely stay

We loved the flat as de felt so cosy after a long day of walk. It was warm and quiet, ideal for a good rest. Also loved the fact we had a grocery shop just 2 mins walk away with nice coffees available. Our hodt was amazing, leaving clear and complete instructions so it was easy to get to the flat.

Everything! Accommodation. Decor. Cleanliness. Facilities. Well equipped. Communication with the owner. Check-in. Village. Butcher. Crumbs. Chippy! Gift shop below flat...fell in love with all of it! So much so...we are swinging in to visit the gift shop and butchers on our way back home 😄

Beautiful and cosy flat

Excellent location. Very quiet and cosy in the flat despite being across from the pub (which was also lovely). Great walks around the village. We loved the quirky layout and character charm. The owner was terrific with information and getting in touch. Overall a brilliant flat and we really were sorry we only stayed one night.

Very clean, good facilities, lovely little area with books and toys, nice selection of DVDs, entertainment system (TV) fabulous. Good communication with hosts. The area is lovely. Our stay was only one night but we would happily stay longer if needed. Will definitely recommend to others. Would visit again.

This large and beautifully decorated apartment was a very nice place to stay in the attractive town of Dalston. All our queries were answered rapidly and we really enjoyed our short stay here.

Being on a 1st floor in a very old building meant a lot of stairs and different levels. We found this hard due to our age and conditions.

Really loved the old beams the sizes of the rooms were really big. Tv plus facilities for internet including desk to work at. Kitchen dining was good size and well equipped.Approach and into the courtyard very pretty. The village it’s self very attractive, excellent fish and chips! Overall well deserved excellent

Stay here! It will not disappoint.

Of our seven week UK trip this was far and away the best place we stayed. The place was very very large and had everything we needed. The location was perfect within a cute little village with a pub across the road ( no noise problem) which served very good meals. A great base to explore The Lakes District.

Friendly host. Area was pretty, location was ideal for what we needed and the apartment spacious with everything we needed for our short stay. Plenty of local amenities too (including a coop open 8-10am daily) and well appointed for a stopover or a longer break. Would definitely book again. Free parking also available outside.

Lovely short break away in the countryside in well kept comfortable apartment.

Clean, free parking, nice location near to lovely walks & countryside. Owner made sure sofa bed was made and ready on arrival. Everything you need for a short break in well kept apartment. Safe & welcoming, couldn’t ask for more. Even the double sofa bed was comfortable! We will be back!
