Location. Clean. Well presented cottage. Well equipped.
Wet room. Getting it dry enough to use the other bathroom facilities after a shower was a daily task.

Amazing property, clean, beautifully decorated and fantastic location. Well equipped with all essentials. Loved the welcome basket with unique gifts. Great communication from booking to leaving property. Great location next to beach, castle, riverside walk and Broughty Ferry shops and restaurants.

Lovely cottage, beautifully decorated, they have thought of everything. Perfect, would definitely stay here again.

The shower (wet room) floor was dangerous and you couldn’t change the temperature of the water, the squeaky single bed and no bedside light - don’t like getting out of bed to put light out.
