Nice cottage, good layout and plenty of space. Liked having a garage to keep our vehicle out of the weather.
Did not like tile counter tops. Furniture was dated and not very clean. Would like to have had a front porch with a cover so we could sit outside in the shade.

Size, location, deck, location, ease of check in/check out, location, deck chairs, location, amount of parking, stocked kitchen, number of beds, uncrowded beach….location 😊
Just needs a little TLC…..(new material on stained dining chairs, doors that lock, new throw pillows on sofas, etc)
