About this house rental
A well-maintained Ocean-front home with floor to ceiling glassed living area. Open floor plan allows maximum ocean views. Three spacious bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths can accommodate a family or group. The house can accommodate 10 people, but a new regulation on Folly is limiting occupants to 8. Although the ocean view from some rooms has been partially obscured by a house built on an adjacent lot in front, there are still plenty of gorgeous ocean views for guests to enjoy from the multiple decks (see pictures), and access to the beach is just steps away, directly off the home’s ground-level deck. All amenities one expects for a first-class, relaxing beach vacation are provided, including wireless internet and streaming. You will find a TV in the main living area and in every bedroom, a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and much more. An outside shower with hot and cold water at the lower level helps you wash off the sea and sand. There is a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen for those who prefer to "cook at home". There is a charcoal grill provided on the lower deck for outside grilling (bring charcoal of your choice). The property is available for small weddings, receptions and other events (up to a max of 25 people) for an additional fee. Home is non-smoking, Butt buckets available on outside deck. Please empty upon leaving!

The house was super clean, had nice updated appliances, and pretty much everything we needed. The views were gorgeous and the direct beach access was awesome. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded fast. We loved it and definitely plan to book this house again!
