About this house rental
A well-maintained Ocean-front home with floor to ceiling glassed living area. Open floor plan allows maximum ocean views. Three spacious bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths can accommodate a family or group. The house can accommodate 10 people, but a new regulation on Folly is limiting occupants to 8. Although the ocean view from some rooms has been partially obscured by a house built on an adjacent lot in front, there are still plenty of gorgeous ocean views for guests to enjoy from the multiple decks (see pictures), and access to the beach is just steps away, directly off the home’s ground-level deck. All amenities one expects for a first-class, relaxing beach vacation are provided, including wireless internet and streaming. You will find a TV in the main living area and in every bedroom, a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and much more. An outside shower with hot and cold water at the lower level helps you wash off the sea and sand. There is a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen for those who prefer to "cook at home". There is a charcoal grill provided on the lower deck for outside grilling (bring charcoal of your choice). The property is available for small weddings, receptions and other events (up to a max of 25 people) for an additional fee. Home is non-smoking, Butt buckets available on outside deck. Please empty upon leaving!

A/C didn't work in one of the bedrooms. Oven didn't get above 350 and hot water would cut out midway through shower.

Perfect Beach House Getaway in Folly Beach!Our stay at this beautiful beach house in Folly Beach was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and close enough to enjoy all the restaurants, shops, and local charm that Folly Beach has to offer.The house itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Every room was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we weren't dining out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were ideal for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and evening sunsets.One of the highlights was how well-maintained and welcoming the property felt. It had all the amenities we needed for a stress-free vacation, including beach gear, plenty of seating, and ample space for our entire group to gather while still allowing everyone privacy.The hosts were outstanding—responsive, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They made check-in seamless and provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining.If you're looking for the perfect beach vacation rental in Folly Beach, this is it. We created wonderful memories here and are already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing property. If I were to come back to Folly Beach, I would stay here again. The house came fully stocked with everything you would need for a week of fun. The kitchen had so many things to use and we had more than enough towels for the week. The ocean view is incredible and the windows make it even better. So thankful for this stay!

This beautiful home was bright, clean, specious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Communication was great.The ocean view was beautiful and watching the sun rise over the water each morning was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return again soon!
