The house was very cozy with a spacious living/dining area as well as screened in porch. Bedrooms were all nice and it was very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. We loved the rooftop deck, beautiful sunsets.
We had sweet ants and when we contacted the property managers they couldn’t assist. Luckily we found some spray and that took care of them. we also had a jammed garbage disposal from a previous tenant that was not fixed, we ended up being able to fix that ourselves.

The house was wonderful, just two houses away from a public access to the beach! There is a ton of space in this house, and the back rooms are really quiet which is great when you are with a lot of people and need some peace and quiet. Also the kitchen is stocked with so many dishes, pots and pans anything you would want or need is there (spices, snack bags, sandwich bags, aloe). we forgot to grab a few things at the store and decided to look around the kitchen and were blown away that they had everything we forgot.

The house was well-kept up with plenty of fun places to hang out with our family of 6. There was a pretty space to eat meals by the windows, watch movies at night, read a book in the sunroom overlooking the intercoastal waterway, or watch the sun set from a rooftop deck. The time spent in the house felt as much like vacation time as on the beach.
The main refrigerator had just been repaired, but was still not working. Thankfully, they had brought in several other smaller refrigerators as a replacement so it worked out ok.
