Welcome to Wayward Whims, a classic 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront cottage located on the quieter East Side of Folly Beach. With unobstructed Atlantic views, direct beach access, and a large screened oceanfront porch, this laid-back beach house offers an easy setting for families and groups of up to eight guests.
The large screened porch is one of the home's standout features, giving you a comfortable place to enjoy morning coffee, ocean breezes, meals, or time together while overlooking the beach. Step outside and enjoy convenient access to the sand and ocean throughout your stay.
Inside, the home is arranged on one level and features hardwood floors, an open living area, and a remodeled kitchen. The living room and all three bedrooms include Smart TVs, and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home.
Located on the 15th block of Folly Beach's East Side, Wayward Whims offers a more relaxed setting away from the busier center of the island while still keeping Center Street and everything Folly Beach has to offer within easy reach. Downtown Charleston is approximately 12 miles away.

HOUSE POLICIES
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full-time residents. Guests must respect the surrounding community, observe the listed maximum occupancy, and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your rental agreement states that use of the property may not disturb or offend surrounding residents.
To help protect our guests, neighbors, property owners, and the Folly Beach community, this home uses NoiseAware noise-monitoring technology. NoiseAware measures decibel levels only. It is privacy compliant and does not listen to or record conversations.
If noise exceeds the permitted level, guests may receive a courtesy text requesting that the volume be reduced before a violation occurs. This helps prevent police violations, fines, and possible revocation of the homeowner's business license.
The property's maximum occupancy of eight guests may not be exceeded at any time during the stay.
If occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require that all guests vacate the property immediately without a refund.

This was a quick get a way for us just to relax and relax we did. The home was clean and ready to go and the porch was absolutely wonderful. Great, comfy furniture and relaxing on the porch was just what we we needed. Rain or shine, the porch was perfect.

What a view! Magnificent. A very well kept place that brought all of us a lot of joy. Everything was simply perfect. I can’t imagine a better place to feel like you are truly on the Atlantic.
