Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

If you’re not caught up with an updated property, the value for the location worked for our fam. Visited in March and it was quiet and relaxing. Although dated and well worn, the house was clean and had decent basic amenities, although odd it did not provide beach towels at a beach house.

Enjoyed the long weekend looking over the beach in a quiet area. It was December, so I did not expect too much of a crowd, of course. Enjoyed the living space and large deck area as much as the cool windy weather allowed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach. The house was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The deck is amazing - so nice to be able to sit out and watch the dolphins. Great location on the beach near Charleston.

The views are great from the house and the location is perfect. The house is very run down. Lights flickered and often didn’t work well. Locks aren’t very secure. Appliances are missing handles. Windows are old. Holes in the wall. It would be a great vacation spot if there was a little bit more TLC put into it.
